We paired the Formula TECH E39 E-Moto Fork with the EXT Arma MX V3 Rear Shock to create a balanced, high-end front and rear suspension setup designed specifically for modern lightweight electric dirt bikes.

Formula TECH E39 E-Moto Fork | 230mm Travel

The TECH E39 Fork by Formula is a purpose-built e-moto fork developed and assembled in Tuscany, Italy. It combines motocross-level chassis strength with tuning specifically designed for electric dirt bikes, giving you confidence on jumps, compliance in chop, and control on technical descents.

Spring Rate Tuning Options

Every TECH E39 fork ships with a Medium spring pre-installed. Riders can fine-tune their setup using optional coil springs depending on terrain and riding style.

• Soft Spring (EX-S): Improved small-bump compliance and comfort for technical terrain

• Hard Spring (EX-H): Firmer support for heavier riders, big jumps, or MX-style riding

Springs are sold separately. Installation is quick and tuning changes are immediately noticeable.

EXT Arma MX V3 Rear Shock (E-MX Damper)

The EXT Arma MX V3 is a direct bolt-on, high-performance rear shock engineered to handle the torque, weight, and riding demands of modern e-motos. Each shock is built and pre-tuned by EXT-USA based on rider and bike information you provide, so it arrives ready to ride.

• 4-way adjustable damping: LSC, HSC, LSR, and HBC

• Enhanced Hydraulic Bottom-Out Control with expanded adjustment range

• High-flow 29 mm main piston with 24 mm valve piston

• 14 mm shaft, 50 percent larger than most coil shocks for durability

• Engineered rebound circuit separating bump and rebound oil flow

• Ultra low-friction coating and low-friction seals

• Very low reservoir pressure at 55 PSI for maximum sensitivity

• Low hysteresis for fast response and consistent damping

• Progressive mid-stroke support with excellent end-stroke control

• Low-profile rebound knob for easier spring changes

Each shock includes one lightweight spring and all required mounting hardware for true bolt-in installation. No additional parts required.

Rear Shock Spring Guide

• Up to 140 lbs: 400 lb spring

• 140–180 lbs: 450 lb spring

• 180–210 lbs: 500 lb spring

• 210–240 lbs: 550 lb spring

• 240 lbs and up: 600 lb spring

This guide is a baseline. Always factor in riding gear and personal preference. Firmer or softer setups can be achieved by selecting a spring above or below the recommended range.

Important Fitment & Brake Notes

The TECH E39 fork is not yet plug-and-play with larger calipers found on certain platforms, including Altis Sigma, SRPNT Moto, E Ride Pro SS 3.0, and E Ride Pro SR. Brake adapters for these setups are currently in development.

For riders running Volar Sport Racing Brakes, dedicated adapters will be offered by REV Rides. Contact our team for special orders or fitment guidance.

Headset bearings are not included. We highly recommend adding a headset bearing kit so your installation goes smoothly from day one.
