Spring Rate Recommendations

For 203 mm Travel (19"/21" compatible)

• 45 lbs spring: riders ≤100 kg

• 60 lbs spring: 100–130 kg (ideal for heavy jumping)

• 45–60 lbs progressive spring: 80–130 kg

For 228 mm Travel (19"/21" compatible)

• 45 lbs spring: riders ≤100 kg

• 55 lbs spring: 100–130 kg
