Q: Can I upgrade my ETM RTR 1200 (48V) to a 60V battery?

A: No — voltage upgrades on ETM RTR models are not a simple battery swap. The controller, motor wiring, and BMS are all calibrated for a specific voltage tier. Fitting a higher voltage battery without upgrading the controller and wiring will cause immediate and permanent damage to the controller. Contact our team if you are interested in upgrading to a higher power ETM RTR model rather than modifying your existing bike's voltage.

Q: Does this battery come with a warranty?

A: Yes — ETM RTR batteries purchased from WePed Scooters are covered under our local warranty policy. OEM parts and batteries carry a 3-month warranty period. Warranty is void if the battery is connected to an incompatible controller or voltage system.
